By virtue of a customer or person making use of LUCA purchasing an item from LUCA from our self-help information and/or tips and tools and/or contracts and/or documents and/or agreements, you consent to the refund policy.
We do not issue refunds for any reason after the purchase has been made however will credit your account with the purchase price to be used towards another purchase on LUCA.
